We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are from one of those countries, we will contact you.

DISCLAIMER: Stolen or Missing Packages

Aense is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or missing after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, liability for the package transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after a package has been left at the designated delivery address.

We strongly recommend that customers:

  • Use a secure delivery location or package locker
  • Monitor tracking information and retrieve packages promptly
  • Contact their local carrier to report stolen packages
  • File a claim with their homeowner's or renter's insurance, if applicable

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local law enforcement and the shipping carrier directly. While we are unable to guarantee redelivery or issue refunds for stolen packages, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, but sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still have no tracking information, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
