Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we only accept returns for damaged item(s) or if the wrong item(s) was delivered. If you received what you ordered, the item can not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
Contact us imdeaatitely at support@shopaense.com but not If your order has been processed we can no longer stop the fulfilled so It can not be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it once it arrives. This only applies if you request to cancel the order beforehand.
Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return an item, please get in touch with us at support@shopaense.com after delivery to receive the return address. Customers shall bear the responsibility for return shipping costs in the event that the item is undamaged or if the correct item has been delivered. We will process your refund once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. You’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
